Host Elizabeth Elfenbein engages with women aged 18 to 100+ in intimate conversations, uncovering their experiences and wisdom while highlighting their impact on creating a healthier, more inclusive world. These stories not only honor women’s resilience and leadership but also foster meaningful dialogue around mental health, empowerment, and innovative solutions that help close the gender health gap and inspire change.

Nayelly Hernandez-Walker on finding her safe space in sport.
Today we’re getting under the hood of Nayelly Hernandez-Walker a mother, daughter, sister, friend, women’s advocate, retired professional squash player, a high performance coach, and university team coach.
She was MVP and First Team-All American in College Squash (and the first Mexican female to be recruited in college squash).
Nayelly played at Trinity College for 3 seasons. She represented Team Mexico for 15 years and at 4 World Team Championships, 2 Pan-American Games winning a Doubles Gold Medal in 2011 Several Pan-American Championships, and Central American and Caribbean Games winning a Gold Team Medal in 2006.
Nayelly has a Masters's degree in Sports Psychology and is working as a mental coach for 2 PSA world tour players she’s currently the Women's and Men’s Assistant Squash Coach at Columbia University (the first Mexican female squash coach at an Ivy League and one of the first 2 Latinas)
Nayelly will also represent the US Junior National Team as a coach in August.
